omg what settings (aperture, shutter, iso) do you use to land these shots in such low light conditions? these are not grainy or blurry at all

You are like the final boss of street photography with manual equipment. How are you so calm, visible and ninja all at the same time. Incredible work. But I have a question, how are you able to shoot at night, aperture wide open? If so, how do you focus so quick? All my photos are always blurry at night using a Leica m10.
